This is one of my favourite yearly exercises. I hope that you enjoy it too.
Writing a Christmas letter to friends and family to let them know what’s been going on in your life over the last year.
It's beautiful on so many levels
When you know you're going to write a letter at the end of each year, it keeps you accountable for your goals.
I learned how to handstand sounds better than I tried to learn how to handstand, but it was too tough, so I gave up.
You're more likely to plan adventures
Great storytelling comes from making memories
A year of gratitude
Writing this letter will remind you of all the things in your life that you're grateful for
It encourages you to keep a journal
How else are you going to remember all the amazing adventures?
It’s a beautiful way to keep in touch
It’s an incredible tool to release stress, fear and sadness. It's unlikely that a whole year will pass without one of life's curveballs, yet writing this letter will help you acknowledge and let it go. Along with reminding yourself just how far you've come.
Love & light
