Clear the Clutter and set the conditions for Success


During our day together, we will clear the clutter, from your mind, schedule and environment. 


Areas we will discuss are:


  • People - one-sided friendships, those who drain your energy and toxic relationships.
  • Getting organised - emotionally and within your environment, Kitchen, bedrooms, and office 
  • Finding time for you - Self Love, Mindfulness
  • Learning to say NO - it is liberating
  • Moving forward - not doing anything is worse than trying and failing.
  • Being perfectly imperfect  - and being great with that
  • If something in your world doesn't make you happy it is time to let it go.
  • Key decluttering ideas and habits which will get you ready for a new positive day and life.


In addition you will have 3 rescue calls.
